John Erdmanis is a local Bexley North NSW 2207 resident and building and timber pest building inspector.

John has over 10 years building industry experience, with an innate knowledge of pest management.

John is highly skilled and has completed qualifications in:

• Carpentry Trade Certificate
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction
• Certificate in Timber Pest Management
• Bachelor of Construction Management

After many years studying and working in construction and as an insurance assessor conducting building inspections, iSPECT Building Inspections is very excited to have John as part of our team.
